Learn to make your own herbal eye pillow from start to finish! Choose from a variety of cotton, linen, and cashmere fabrics (or bring fabric of your own). Together we’ll design, cut, sew, and fill our eye pillows with local grains and a variety of aromatic and medicinal herbs. No prior experience necessary and all materials, sewing supplies, and filling will be provided. These pillows are fun to make, and make great gifts or welcome additions to self care and relaxation tool kits.
About the Teacher:
Leah Spicer (she/her) was born and raised in Wisconsin, and moved back to the Driftless four years ago with her husband and three young children. Together she and her husband Kyle run two popular restaurants in Spring Green and farm 40 acres. In her spare time she loves to sew, knit, and create all kinds of things. To her there is no greater joy than sewing after her children are in bed, especially while watching some TV!
